Basic requirements for Tourist Group Visa

1) An invitation or confirmation letter with full details from one of Chinese authorized travel agencies (See the attachment).

2) A formal business letter from the travel agency which includes the information with group number (or code number) given in the confirmation letter from Chinese authorized tourist agency, number of tourists, place and date of arrival and departure from China, name of the group leader, as well as contact details of the name of the person in charge of the group visa in case we need more information regarding the visa issues.

3) 1 copies of the name list of the tourist group, and one copy of information page of each valid passport. The names of the passports and the numbers given on the right corner of the passport copies must be identical with the name list. Cut the passport copies exactly the size of the passport.

4) Use standard application forms of the name list (see the attachment) for group visa and put the group number on the head of each page of the list.

5) The application forms for a group visa must be typed neatly and clearly with family name first, given name afterwards. Any alteration or hand-writing on the name list is not acceptable.

6) To make sure that the information on the visa is correct, we will send you the visa before our signature by fax for you to check. Please make correction if any, and then sign it and send it back to us for issuance as soon as you can.

7) Points for Attention:

1) Group visa is issued for a group of over 5 (including 5) tourists.

2) 10 working days are needed for a group visa.

3) It is the applicant's responsibility for any delays for issuance of the visa if it fails to meet the requirements mentioned above for a group visa.

4) 150 Danish Kr. per person is charged for a group visa.

5) A self-addressed envelop with enough postage is needed if you want us to send the group visa back to you. The mailing service is 50 Danish Kr. for the first tourist and 25 Kr. each person for the rest of the group.

6) Express group visa can not be accepted without sufficient proofs. It will take at least 5 working days for issuance for the express visa and 75 Kr. extra per person is charge
